I recently used Savonne Movers for relocating my belongings and I can confidently say the experience was excellent. The team was incredibly friendly, polite and respectful throughout the entire move. Arranged for 12pm. As they were running late, agreed to 2pm. Only arrived at 4pm. Not a professional outfit ‐ driver and one adult, 2 teens and 2 children. I was appalled. Nevertheless, they moved the heavy items (my husband had to move all the boxes in our car alone due to them being so late). The fridge was damaged with an indent on one side and a scratch on the other. The TV stand had a gash on the front. Paid in advance for something my friends could do better. Not happy.

They help me move easily, however I was expected an enclosed truck as advertised, hence my selection at that quoted price.

Initial communication was great, however, after damaging my TV during the move there was a lack of accountability on their part. I ended up being told that I should claim from my insurance and they would "chip in," to the excess I'd have to pay to the insurance. Not a bad service provider but I personally expected more in terms of actually accepting responsibility for the shortcoming on their part and actually committing to being a part of the solution instead of the noncommittal "chip in" response I received.

Most professional service. We had the best experience with Savonne Movers, and Sakhadzo's team. Communication was great even before we booked with them, and the service was professional and excellent. We made a booking rather late, and they were the most helpful to accomodate our time, and even fit our budget.

The manager Sakhadzo was very helpful and always ready to assist if we had any queries. He called and checked on everything before, during and after days after the move.

Very grateful to Justice and the loading team, who were so professional, and efficient with the packing, unloading, and setting up appliances.

Overall, the most professional service. Picking a moving company, and moving house is a stressful process, but Savonne made it so smooth.

Affordable, trustworthy and reliable! Sakadzo’s communication was seamless and efficient. I had a move scheduled for 7am from PTA to JHB, and by 06:23 they were already at the gate. I will 10000% be using Savonne Movers for future moves.

The team was excellent. They arrived on time at 8am, disassembled a few big items, loaded everything and then reassembled and connected appliances for us at the new place - all by 1pm! The guys were pleasant and helpful. They were careful with all our stuff, nothing broken.

Friendly professional service. Made sure the antique furniture was properly padded and secured inside truck. Very careful with handling. Exceeded my expectations!
