Their communication was very good. They were late, very late. They communicated about the 2 delays but no one could plan their day because they weren't sure about their timing. I felt a bit embarrassed to call the guy from whom they picked up, for the 2nd time, to arrange a new time slot and even after that they arrived an hour later. But they were friendly and their prices are good and I received my stuff in one piece so I am happy.

I’m so happy that I went with Savonne Movers. Nkosinathi and Justice did such an amazing job handling my belongings. I told them the boxes I had had glassware and should be handled with care when they place them down, and they did just that. They arrived 10min early and were done putting my things in the truck an hour later. They were also patient and not rushing the work. When we arrived at the delivery place, they were also fast.

They also connected my washing machine which I’m grateful for 😁.

Savonne Movers were 30 minutes early but it actually made life easier. We were moving my 89year old mom into assisted living. So the earlier start meant an earlier finish and everything was completely unpacked and mom settled in her new room just after midday. Thank you so much for the care you took and listening to how to carry specific items so as not to cause any damage.

The team sent out was so efficient and professional. They handled every item with care. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to hassle with moving by yourself. Five stars!
