You know sometime you have to experience something to know ho terrible it is. How disappointing the service level of these guys. I met with them in Joburg to see if they were legit and to stress the importance of my equipment and furniture arriving safe and timely in Cape Town. I can write a book about how bad these guys are but I will simply say my things arrived 3 weeks later, at night, the guys do not communicate so u just pray and hope u get your stuff delivered, the excuses are endless about how some customers haven't paid so they cant deliver your stuff. When they get to CPT after 3 weeks, they want you to make payment blindly without seeing the condition of your things. I literally had to call the police on these guys because of their nonsense. I will never ever use them again, I would rather pay big money to move out, with a peace of mind.
