Thank you for your support, and for the review.
Regarding the issue with 2 of our employees not having their id's on them, we'd only received confirmation from you 2 hours before collection, and were not informed of the estate at collection requiring IDs for everyone in the vehicle we were collecting in, as it was our first time entering that specific estate.
We have however taken action to ensure this does not happen again.
