Horrible experience. The communication was bad. They were 2 hrs late. The couch didnt fit in the lift so they just left it there, said they were tired and went home. They damaged the wall inside the property.

According to the details provided on the request, the client selected a self loading and self offloading service. However, upon arrival, the client expected additional labour which was not included in the service they booked. I was personally occupied with another job at the time, so I arranged for a professional mover to cover the booking to avoid any delays.
The couch also did not fit in the lift, and the client expected it to be carried up to the fifth floor, which was not part of the service they selected. I have taken full accountability for the scratch near the door entrance, but it appears the client is now refusing to pay for the service that was successfully completed according to our initial agreement.
