The service we received from Paul exceeded all expectations. He arrived punctually, even sending a notification when he left to advise on his expected arrival time, which we greatly appreciated.
He approached the work with a highly professional and friendly attitude, and together with his equally impressive team, handled the packing of our piano with great care. He also proactively mentioned that he could assist with much-needed repairs.
When we explained that we had been trying to sell the piano due to space constraints, Paul immediately stepped in and was able to secure a buyer for us at a very good price.
His level of support throughout the process was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Paul at any time. Thank you so much!

Highly, highly recommended! Paul and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. We had some very tight spaces and the stairs by both places were challenging. Paul and his team took it all in their stride with such friendliness, professionalism, and care for my very old piano. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable with the inner workings of pianos and offers tuning, restoration and refurbishment services. He opened my piano up and even told me the year of manufacture!
