Terrible service, some of my goods are still missing as we speak, the company owner pinashe was complaining the whole time, we couldn’t get leave as planned on the 30th because they finished late to load and therefore I couldn’t sort out the moving out authorization on time and the estate manger left, but i still offered him R600 more for the inconvenience that was not of my doing! Still complained and raising his voice like I’m not a customer!

Some of goods are still missing! I had to go pick up one of my TV remotes as his house, the other remote is still missing along with other belongings.

They’re Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t use them again, nor recommend them to anyone else.

I recently used Panah Movers and Logistics and couldn’t be more impressed. The team was punctual, professional, and handled the entire move with incredible efficiency. What stood out most was the care they took with my belongings, they wrapped all fragile and high-value items, like the fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, with extreme precision to ensure zero damage. If you’re looking for a stress-free move with a team that actually respects your property, I highly recommend them.

Very hassle free move - the guys were great and very careful and even wrapped my couch to make sure it didn't get dusty in storage. Great work all round. Would highly recommend.

There was another booking that came in after ours, but they still went and did that in between my move. That resulted in us not completely done by the time we needed be out of the house.
Taped some of our furniture with sellotape to keep the drawers closed. When they removed the sellotape the paint came offo as well.

Was a great moving experience. Panash and his team were very friendly, helpful and punctual. They even returned furniture that did not fit at current location to my previous location which was close by.

They arrived very late were tired and disorganised . Not to mention that they also damaged/scratched the front door whilst removing my dining room table which i am now liable to repair . This when we literally moved all the boxes in the afternoon seeing that they were not coming. I could have made alternative plans . For the work done i certainly do not believe i derived any value from them

Panashe and his team were super polite, professional and kind. They went over and above to make sure my fragile furniture was wrapped and handled carefully. Panashe himself was very hands-on and kept a close eye on the whole process. After a very long and difficult day, the team was still smiling and friendly which really made the whole experience less stressful. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move house or furniture.

They did a GREAT job at transporting and delivering the furniture.. from the wrapping to the packing.. PERFECT! Everything arrived safe and sound, I’ll definitely be using them again SOON! And I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a move.
