Absolutely the most professional moving team I’ve ever worked with. Mukondi was an excellent communicator—punctual, understanding when I had delays, and always keeping me informed. What really stood out was their respect for both their work and their clients. Mukondi went above and beyond our agreement, offering assistance even in areas that weren’t part of the plan. I couldn’t be more impressed—definitely a 10/10 experience!

Mukondeleli and Sbu were only slightly delayed due to a traffic jam. Other than that they made my move seemless and efficient. They were very careful with my fragile goods. I didn't have to lift a finger. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend 👌.

Firstly, they need to be honest about what time they will arrive and keep to their time. They also need to update the client about how far they are at all times.
