I recently used this moving company and had a disappointing experience. My items were not handled with care, and at one point movers were throwing items from a first floor window, which is not only unprofessional but also not allowed in the estate.
The two movers were kind and helpful, but the driver had a very poor attitude and seemed more focused on payment than customer service. He made us feel blamed for things beyond our control, like the distance from the elevator and the narrow boom gate.
Items like the couch, base and headboard were dragged on the floor and not handled properly, which resulted in them being dirty. It was upsetting to see my belongings treated this way.
I do appreciate Mbongeni’s communication, which was excellent and helpful. However, the service on the day did not reflect the same standard. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
