Blessing and team were a "Blessing" to deal with. From one place to the other an hour plus. Very professional and polite.

Blessimg and team worked fast and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them move our furniture and belongings.

Blessing was great - he confirmed all details before the moving date and on the moving date he came before the appointment time and moving was smooth.

They were brilliant

After continually requesting more money for no reason, they intentionally broke our Coffee Plunger, Antique School desk, Dining Room leg(where it fits into the support beams) and double bed base.

I advised Blessing well in advance that I had a car Engine and he refused to load it on the trailer saying that they only move furniture and again asked for more money.

We couldn't speak directly to either of the two helpers, only through Blessing and he takes offense if someone even guides them to take an item to a specific room.

Boxes were "Dumped" in the lounge after requesting them to place the boxes against the wall or to take specific ones to the store room or bedroom.

After Blessings request, we sent photos of all household goods and they arrive in a small Kia with a flat bed trailer without supporting sides - the result, they had to stop and read secure the furniture on route a couple of times. The square cupboard ( now wobbly) was Leaning over the edge of the trailer at about 30° before they stopped to readjust the goods.

I am very disappointed with their lack of concern and unprofessional manner and seek your guidance to claim for the damages.

Exceptional work and efficient service, would highly recommend Mongo Removal.
One observation-the request was for 2 helpers including driver, the driver arrived with 1 help- this adjustment was not communicated before or during the job.

Very impressed by Blessing's professionalism and attention to detail during the move. Was very punctual and friendly throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a kove done.

Blessing and his team were very professional and the communication was excellent.

We requested 4 people, 2 arrived, therefore we had to assist carrying items. We requested a closed truck, we received a small closed bakkie and a flatbed trailer without side panels. We requested an updated quote, and received a surprise when we had to pay after delivery. We had to pay more, as the quote was never updated and forwarded. We left after the truck from the pick up premises, couldn't find them on the route to the delivery address and waited for them at the drop off point. Positively, they took care in ensuring the strapping of the items on the flatbed trailer. We narrowly avoided the rain and storm following soon after delivery. Disappointed. Will use someone else next time.

I had a seamless experience with the carrier. Nothing was out of place, and Blessing and his team went the extra mile to assist in the assembly of pieces at the delivery point. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. Highly recommended and will definitely use their services in the future.

Blessing and his team assisted us with our move. They came prepared and wrapped some of our stuff that we didn’t wrap. They are friendly and very professional. They did exceptionally well. I would recommend these guys to anyone in a process of moving, your move will be very peaceful and on time.

My experience with Blessing and his team was good. They vommunicated well and was cery punctual. I did however sustain some damages to my one chair (crack at back) as well as a nasty scractch on my piano. The piano was lifted into the high truck with a forklift, which is not the way to transport a piano. But all in all I was satisfied. Thank you Blessing

This is the best move ever the guys were in time, I had packed everything they came armed with blankets, wrap etc
