What an AMAZING stress free experience. I have moved many time in my life, and this was by far the GREATEST and most cost effective experience I have ever had. They guys where friendly and professional from the moment they got to the property to collect, till the time they left after off loading. I am ecstatic about the service I received from MLH. Right from the start Leon's communication was immaculate and on point. Even though I said in the quote that packaging wasn't needed (since it was less than a 1-kilometer journey from pickup to drop-off) they still packaged everything nicely to prevent harm to the furniture at no extra cost. The icing on the cake was that he sent 2 extra workers to help since they were available and completed the entire move in no time at all. I am extremely pleased with the service and cost of the move. From the first point of contact, I felt assured that this was the correct company. They are simply professionals in what they do. Not only that, but they go above and beyond your expectations. I cannot recommend them enough! Bravo! I will refer MLH to everyone I know!

We recently used this company for our move and overall had a positive experience. The moving team themselves were friendly, hardworking, and very careful with our belongings. They took the time to wrap fragile items properly — we had many mirrors and heavy planters — and handled everything with care.

The team also worked long hours to get the job done, which we appreciated.

There were a few challenges around planning and communication. We had provided photos of every room beforehand so the company could estimate the volume, but the move ultimately required more loads than initially expected, which meant the job took longer than planned.

We also had some difficulties with the cleaning team, mainly due to a language barrier, which made it harder to give instructions and slowed things down.

Overall, the movers themselves were great and clearly put in a lot of effort. With a bit more coordination and planning upfront, the experience could be even better.
