The team was incredibly friendly and kind, which made all the difference in the world as I was really dreading this move. They were incredibly careful with all of my belongings, despite only moving a single floor in the same building, everything was wrapped and protected for the move. They also went above and beyond to make my day run more smoothly as I was moving alone. I am super grateful for mini move’s ability to provide flexible services (I was moving to a different apartment in the same building, which meant I didn’t need transport and they were able to help me with this at a very reasonable price). 10/10 would recommend / use again.

I was very impressed with the team and will certainly be using them again in the future. The team is fast, reasonable and definitely professional. I had many uncertainties that arose during the booking but the team was more than accommodating, even with last minute changes. Communication was good apart from a slight error in delivery details. Very punctual and organised ahead of time. Took care of goods, however they only used Cling wrap for protection. I added some packaging for added protection. Arrived on time for pick up but delivery point heard nothing about any preplanned . Everything was delivered, no issues reported.
