Lisa was there from the very beginning, answering all my questions and being incredibly friendly. She took all the stress away. The moving team arrived right on time and were both professional and kind. They carefully wrapped everything, moved my belongings gently and efficiently, and even removed and disposed of all the plastic afterward. The entire experience was seamless, and I’m recommending them to everyone I know who’s moving.

The most professional movers I’ve ever used. From their office confirming inventory before hand to the team calling ahead to update their arrival time, the communication was flawless. They wrapped all the furniture perfectly and even went the extra mile to fit our couch through a very difficult door, we wouldn't have managed without them! Yes! Would absolutely recommend. Team was on time, made a stressful day a breeze, worked very fast, all the tricky nubs and turns (stairs and corners) were nothing compared to the skill they displayed.

Mini Move Specialists were absolutely incredible from start to finish!
Everyone we interacted with were friendly, organised, and made things run so smoothly.
The guys even came early (I saw from other reviews that this happens, so I was prepared! 😆), they covered all the furniture and manoeuvred pieces through very tight corners with no hassles at all. Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed in the right rooms in the new house.
100% recommend. 500 stars!

I can highly recommend Lisa and her Team from Mini Move Specialist. Lisa was great with her communication. Initially there was a little hiccup with the quote but once I queried this, Lisa quickly amended the quote to the original price quoted.
