The most professional movers I’ve ever used. From their office confirming inventory before hand to the team calling ahead to update their arrival time, the communication was flawless. They wrapped all the furniture perfectly and even went the extra mile to fit our couch through a very difficult door, we wouldn't have managed without them! Incredible service at a very affordable price. Highly recommend!

Yes! Would absolutely recommend. Team was on time, made a stressful day a breeze, worked very fast, all the tricky nubs and turns (stairs and corners) were nothing compared to the skill they displayed.

They went beyond expectations. A very fair price and no cutting corners in keeping with the quote. Also helped to make the move much easier. Their customer service is excellent and much appreciated. Lisa has been excellent and extremely kind and helpful with the move from the first contact by the her.

Mini Move Specialists were absolutely incredible from start to finish!
Everyone we interacted with were friendly, organised, and made things run so smoothly.
The guys even came early (I saw from other reviews that this happens, so I was prepared! 😆), they covered all the furniture and manoeuvred pieces through very tight corners with no hassles at all. Also went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed in the right rooms in the new house.
100% recommend. 500 stars!

I can highly recommend Lisa and her Team from Mini Move Specialist. Lisa was great with her communication. Initially there was a little hiccup with the quote but once I queried this, Lisa quickly amended the quote to the original price quoted. Tsepo and Thandazani who did the actual move on the day, were amazing and so efficient, I can’t praise them enough. So, overall a fantastic experience.

The team were amazing. Execptionally hard working and dealt with the fluid changes on the day in their stride. I had an excellent experience with Mini Move Specialist! The entire move was handled professionally and efficiently. Ursula was exceptional — thorough with the inventory, quick to assist, and a great leader. He even suggested adding a few last-minute items to make sure nothing was missed.

What really made a difference was Ursula’s attitude. He reassured me by saying, “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure absolutely everything is transported and you’ll be set up in your new home tonight.” That made the whole process stress-free and welcoming.

The whole team worked well under Ursula’s supervision, and everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mini Move Specialist, especially if you get Ursula as your supervisor — you’re in very capable hands!
