I have done alot of moves in my life time and this time I was so lucky to click on Wise Move. Oh my goodness, my entire experience was exceptional to say the least. Wise move has a system that is so simple to use and it allows specific professional dedicated companies to quote on your move and your specific needs. I must also mention that not only is the system so simple to use, it is also so fast. You start getting all these quotes in so fast on one platform. I was so lucky as I chose Miles Ahead Logistics as they came in at the price range I could afford and their reviews were beyond excellent from other clients. Their professionalism was just incredible, from their communication, arrival times, packaging , packing , to constant communication and final drop off. All the guys introduced themselves to me on arrival (now that's a first), they packed everything so professionally to even bubble wrapping plugs on items like fridges so that the plug didn't scratch my fridge. They even cling wrapped my mattresses, bed bases, TV unit, you name it, it was bubble wrapped and cling wrapped. I have never seen anything like that. Unbelievable, I cannot say enough about this team. What was more impressive was that all the guys were so well trained, it wasn't the usual case of one in charge and the others just carried, this entire team was so well trained and just knew exactly how to do everything. Miles Ahead Logistics are exactly that, Miles Ahead for sure. The team from Miles Ahead where fantastic! They kept communicating with us regarding arrival and what to expect from the move. They were punctual and very knowledgeable about how to go about the process. They wrapped everything for us and used blankets in the truck and kept working until the job was done.

I could not be happier with Prosper and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we completed a very difficult move with ease. As a single mother with two kids, they looked after our stuff, they took care of everything, event arranging a scooter to move the motorbike. They wrapped and packed everything that needed care. Connected my appliances for me from one side to the other (dish-washer and washing machine). We had NO damages and NO problems.

If I could give Miles Ahead a 20 out of 10, I would. They were super helpful, did an amazing job of moving everything in my shop with such care, and were very helpful to be an extra hand for all the little things that were needed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their moving needs. A big thanks again guys!

The Good:
1. Good communication was maintained about arrival times and any changes agreed,
2. Truck is enclosed, thereby eliminating any possibility of rain exposure to contents (it was raining when the move was arranged).

The Bad:
1. My fridge is a brushed stainless steel finish which shows every little dent on the surface. After advising the packers to ensure that the fridge is covered with blankets, they ignored this and covered it only with bubble wrap. Needless to say, a new dent did appear
2. My microwave now stands on 3 legs because one of the support legs was broken off.

Would not entrust this provider with handling fragile furniture.
