Absolute horrible service received . Movers arrived almost 2 hours after agreed time. Communication was appaling & really unprofessional, at no point was I contacted with a heads up " We're running late" I was the one chasing & following up to find out where they are. Also completely unprofessional service , upon offloading the truck , no communication that they are leaving, I was still checking for them when we realized they had left. I do not recommend using this company for moving at all! Considering other options

They asked to arrive at 8 am , I agreed but they got to my place at 09:13 . The administrator was not aware of them being late , I had to inquire just before 9 & he informed me that he assumed they had arrived .
