The carrier was very efficient in terms of time management. The carrier was also very accommodating in terms of unplanned changes in terms of the agreed plan. The carrier could do better in terms of advising with regards to wrapping of items. I would recommend this carrier to anyone in need of this type of service.

The transport company arrived almost an hour late and didn't have any plastic to cover beds even though it rained heavely on the day of the move. He also complained that he under quoted.
Not proffessional at all.

Really efficient and effective move from Gilbert and team. I appreciated all the effort and the precision. Got the entire move done very quickly. And all were very friendly and professional.

*Just a note to take care of the Wise Move quote, as the location software isn’t 100% - which means you get an initial quote (per km), but incorrect destination means it’s not the same as the actual distance covered (per km). So had to pay Lion Logistics more on the day, even though I notified both parties of the incorrect address, ahead of time.
