Excellent work from the team. They were on time and really took good care of our stuff. They also assisted us greatly where the couches could not fit in, but they were prepared for any obstacle and they managed to get them in. I would definitely recommend them!

Overall a good experience.

Communication with office staff was difficult. After email communication that the pick up will be delayed, no further follow up from office team. Had to phone several times to follow up on arrival time.
The delay was then explained only two hours after original pick up time and 1 hour after delayed pick up time.

The collection team was excellent. The entire team was committed to a quick pick up and offload. This was all done within 90 minutes.

All and all a good experience.

The team was exceptional,from the office staff with bookings and clear communication around time and the allocated vehicle, the driver and his team showed up on time and even helped me to pack the few remaining items.

All went well, they were very professional. The only thing that they can work on is their punctuality, they were about 40 minutes late.

These gentlemen (the movers) were super efficient.
I would certainly use their services again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

The guys were extremely helpful.. Went above and beyond to help offload even things I thought I'd be able to do myself. They brought a big truck which only took one load which is exactly what I wanted. They were quick and very efficient. Would definitely recommend

It's never fun to put everything you own into someone else's truck and have them drive off. But James' simple way in his professionalism and communication reassured me that my goods were in very capable hands. I even moved a piano. Would 100% recommend.

They were 3 hours late and they under scoped the size of the truck to bring so not everything fit.

I am unhappy with how Joel Transport handled my move. I had to vacate my previous place by 12noon. By 11 am the rental agent had come to collect the keys. I waited for HOURS for the truck to arrive. It only got there at 4pm. By then, all my things were outside. The new tenant got there to move in, and left coz my things were still there. Even after the truck arrived it could not enter my complex due to its size. Waited another hour for the smaller vehicle to arrive! Ultimately, my things were dropped off at night.They finished after 8pm. This was highly embarrassing and was not a good look at all and I had to keep apologizing to the agent and the new tenant. All I got were multiple apologies, which did zilch to rectify the situation.
I WON'T be using Joel Transport again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
