We have our 87 year old grannie moved from Brakpan to Joburg South, 2 bedroom house. Out of all the quotes received from Wise Move, we went with slightly higher priced Joel Transport, and found it to be a good decision. They came with 6-tonne closed truck, 5 movers + 1 Drivers, all together 6men. We started just before 10am and before by 2pm. No stress for the elderly. Goods were handled with care, plenty of space left in the truck. Teams were professional, friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing and packing and arranging seems easy for them. Will recommend them to anybody who needed a service.

Office move was a breeze with their friendly staff, they were efficient and handled our furniture and electronics with the upmost care. They had us packed and unpacked at the new office very quickly. Excellent service!

They were an hour late, which is not ideal when you are on a time crunch with a move. Other than that their service and care with my move and furniture was very good considering the move was quite a distance.

Excellent work from the team. They were on time and really took good care of our stuff. They also assisted us greatly where the couches could not fit in, but they were prepared for any obstacle and they managed to get them in. I would definitely recommend them!

Overall a good experience.

Communication with office staff was difficult. After email communication that the pick up will be delayed, no further follow up from office team. Had to phone several times to follow up on arrival time.
The delay was then explained only two hours after original pick up time and 1 hour after delayed pick up time.

The collection team was excellent. The entire team was committed to a quick pick up and offload. This was all done within 90 minutes.

All and all a good experience.
