Thank you for the feedback. I am sincerely sorry for the issues experienced during the move and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

As discussed, unfortunately we have not been able to locate the missing washing machine feet. Regarding the fence damage, Jonathan was present at the time and can confirm that it was accidental.

We are prepared to refund the cost of replacing the washing machine feet and have also offered to reimburse any reasonable costs related to the damaged fence post.
