The front bumper of my vehicle was scraped in transit and arrived at my house missing the front number plate. The vehicle was delivered to me without any communication that damage had occurred. After I reported the damage, I was required to get three quotes from panel beaters for the repairs. Intercity went with the lowest quote and paid the panel beater in full.
