While we always prioritise the good care of your items, mistakes do happen sometimes, and your item may have been damaged during transportation due to inadequate wrapping. Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, but we must clarify that your comments do not reflect the service we provided. Our team completed your move on time, earlier than scheduled and with care. On top of that, we provided grace by doing more than 1 loads for you at a reduced cost as your items were clearly way more than what you listed on the inventory. While we agree mistakes do happen sometimes, I was there personally to oversee the move and can confirm at no point did my team mishandle your items, nor was any table “horribly damaged” as you describe, or at least brought to our attention when we finished.
