This was and out of town request so trickier to coordinate
Getting quotes was easy
Negotiating rates, terms and dates, was fairly simple but we did that over a period of days, since the delivery was custom and not urgent.
Agreeing on date, rate and terms was simple enough.
Communication was good.
On the day of collection it was raining, communication was very bad and collection very late, but was aggravated by distance, rain, and multiple stops.
After a few complaints, communication improved drastically.
Once collected, driver was very polite and useful.
Fred worked very long hours and put in much effort.
The motorbike was transported on the back of a bakkie.
It could have been loaded and tied better but all seems ok.
Vanessa at the office was very helpful and responsive to my complaints.
I can recommend this site/company/ and driver, however you should bear in mind that it is an airbnb-type system. Every driver and vehicle will be different. Select your transporter based on your needs. I.e. whether you are delivering grass, or a kidney transplant will require different consideration.

Also, good are no insured so bear that in mind. This would be a great addition by Wisemove if possible but given the variables, probably unviable or very complex.

He was late with the delivery. I made a mistake and paid him twice.
He called me early the next morning to say that I had paid him twice and he refunded me the extra.
