I have NEVER been so impressed with ANY company I have ever had to deal with. These guys know how to move!
They were 45min early, so impressed. Packed up a whole 2 bedroom double story house in 45min. Unpacked in 50min
They moved a double story house to another double story house 30km away in under 3 hours.
I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

4+ bedroom house move

Inexperienced movers were allocated to my 4+ room booking with a bakkie & trailer. Two trips later I send them home and I am now moving the rest of the stuff myself. They damaged a number of items, including an onyx table top that they put on the floor & walked over so that it is now cracked in several places. They were unable to get the desk in the house but we managed after we had to fix the top they damaged. Staff were at first sullen & not interested in the job.

After careful review, I wanted to address your concerns regarding the table. Our team confirms that they did not handle the specific table you mentioned, and it's possible that other individuals that were also working in the house may have contributed to the damages. We recommend handling items with care to avoid any potential scratches, and while we suggested wrapping everything for added protection, we understand you opted to handle it yourself, which unfortunately wasn't done.

Regarding the other table that did not fit in the other house, it's important to note that the table was too big for a normal door as you have a sliding doors at your pickup address and the table was glued which did not allow for disassembly. Additionally, our team disassembled and reassembled the other tables as required.

If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please let us know if a phone call would be convenient for you.

Great team.
They assisted me with moving out my 2 bedroom apartment furniture all in one go.
Their communication skills are top tier.

Took good care of the furniture very well. They wrapped all the items that needed wrapping- just to be aware this is at an extra cost, R650 which is fixed for everything that needs to be wrapped.
It was worth though because at first I was hesitant but I ended going for it and oh boy I’m happy that I did go it. It gives you peace of mind regarding your furniture. They did not scratch any of my furniture

They are also very professional.
In terms of punctuality- it was not that bad they only arrived 20mins later that the agreed time.

I will recommend the FNK Kaya Moving company at any time.
Just make sure you communicate with them the luggage you have and how many people you think might be needed.
I also shared pictures of my furniture with them prior and I believe it did help them a lot

Also to Thank the WiseMove software
It makes finding transport for moving very easy.

The driver dissapointedly decided to drive without covering our goods - despite my clear warning to do so. Items were wet due to rain as a result. I only received apologies for this when I raised the matter. The least they could have done was to discount the fee charged but this was not proposed. They can do better on client relations.
