10 out of 10 for both the owner and the moving team, everything was smooth!

I asked the owner for assistance with packing my belongings and he was happy to make the arrangements.

The movers arrived earlier than expected but they called beforehand to let me know that they were on their way.

All in all, the service from beginning to end was friendly and efficient. The owner is willing to answer any questions you might have before you even accept the quote. This makes it easier to plan and you're definitely getting value for money.

The guys were excellent, they even called a bit earlier to check if I was ready (which I was not, and they had no problem coming later). I lived on the 2nd floor so two flights of stairs. My big fragile items were also nicely bubble wrapped as well (fridge, washing machine, etc). I also had some items in storage (4m² unit) which they had to pack up. They took care when packing and unpacking. All in all, packing, and unpacking took about 2 and half hours, with about 30minutes travel time, so 3 hours total, very efficient as well. Highly satisfied. 👌🏼

I have NEVER been so impressed with ANY company I have ever had to deal with. These guys know how to move!
They were 45min early, so impressed. Packed up a whole 2 bedroom double story house in 45min. Unpacked in 50min
They moved a double story house to another double story house 30km away in under 3 hours.
I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Although your drivers arrived an hour earlier than agreed, but all went well. Thank you very much for factoring in a service, which although was not initially requested, but was essential, especially where the fridge was concerned. Thank you!

Great service from the company. The guys were earlier than I expected and everything went so quickly that by noon we were completely done moving. Would definitely recommend.

Inexperienced movers were allocated to my 4+ room booking with a bakkie & trailer. Two trips later I send them home and I am now moving the rest of the stuff myself. They damaged a number of items, including an onyx table top that they put on the floor & walked over so that it is now cracked in several places. They were unable to get the desk in the house but we managed after we had to fix the top they damaged. Staff were at first sullen & not interested in the job.

Took good care of the furniture very well. They wrapped all the items that needed wrapping- just to be aware this is at an extra cost, R650 which is fixed for everything that needs to be wrapped.
It was worth though because at first I was hesitant but I ended going for it and oh boy I’m happy that I did go it. It gives you peace of mind regarding your furniture. They did not scratch any of my furniture

They are also very professional.
In terms of punctuality- it was not that bad they only arrived 20mins later that the agreed time.

I will recommend the FNK Kaya Moving company at any time.
Just make sure you communicate with them the luggage you have and how many people you think might be needed.
I also shared pictures of my furniture with them prior and I believe it did help them a lot
