The items were well cared for, with no damage reported. In terms of punctuality, the team arrived 15 minutes earlier than the job start time, as instructed, and parked outside until 8 am. Regarding professionalism, we followed your request by providing two people to help with the move. You listed items you wanted us to move, which amounted to just 5 cubic metres, and I sent a 15 cubic metre truck to load your listed items. The remaining space was used to load unlisted items, which you were not quoted for. Consequently, the team had to return for a second load, which delayed us from completing the job on time. For your next move, I would advise you to be truthful in your request. I even showed you what you requested on booking and what you listed, and you refused to acknowledge that it was you who made the booking.

Hello Sibush, we are really sorry to hear that some of your items were damaged and missing during your move. That's not the standard of service we aim for. We did ask you to send photos of the damaged items on WhatsApp so that we can finalise the claim, but you haven't yet sent them within the period of 24 hours.

Regarding the missing wine, the report indicates that you engaged another team, and the place where you were moving was mixed up with goods from other tenants, and some of the items were left unattended, so it was an uncontrollable circumstance. My word of advice for your next move is to have information on what the restrictions are and stick with one team. Don't engage different teams because people have different agendas, and after the delivery, there was no site report of damage.
