The entire process took off so much stress from our move.
He quoted and responded to the enquiry promptly.
With all my questions and back and forth messages via the Wise Move app, he replied almost immediately and was so accommodating and friendly.
He followed up with me a few days prior to the move and then reconfirmed the day before which I thought was so proactive, as usually it's the customer having to check all is still on track.
He arrived on the day punctually (actually even a few minutes earlier).
My sizes I gave him for the TV were incorrect but he assisted nonetheless and never complained once.
There were hiccups along the way like stripped screws in the TV bracket arm, which he struggled with yet succeeded and assisted even when I told him if he couldn't I would have someone come in.
Really so accommodating and didn't make you feel uncomfortable with the situation.
He done extra trips than originally scheduled for, and kept in contact the entire time.
They were so careful with our furniture and appliances and wrapped everything in blankets and took really great care of all of our belongings.
The absolute bonus which I believe will influence future movers decision, is how he reassembles all the furniture and appliances and connects the dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, he even went as far as re setting up our patio set which is super confusing and a puzzle in itself.
He did not rush to leave until he knew I was 100% satisfied and even left after hours but ensured everything was done from start to finish.
I can highly recommend his moving company to anyone looking and can assure it takes so much to the pressure and stress out of a move, having these little extras done and the care received.

Andre and his team turned what could have been a nightmare move into a completely stress-free experience. From the moment they arrived, their attention to detail was outstanding—they handled every item with care and double-checked the inventory to ensure nothing was missed.
The real hero moment came at the new house with the dishwasher connection. The plumbing setup was tricky (leaks, odd fittings, the works), and I was panicking. Andre didn’t flinch—he calmly troubleshot the issue, adjusted the hoses, and got it working perfectly without charging extra or complaining. That single act removed 90% of my moving stress.
His crew was equally impressive: super helpful, polite, and incredibly flexible. They happily rearranged heavy furniture multiple times until it was just right and even helped position the TV mount. No attitude, just “happy to help” energy.
