It was the worst experience I had.
I will not recommend this transporter at all.
No communication. Unreliable vehicle. Understaffed. Did not come near what they promised and promoted.
No wrapping, truck breakdown ect ect....

My biggest problem was that my furniture was not wrapped which ended up being scratched and dented in the process. Also, they just put everything in one room and did not ask if I needed them to align everything.

They arrived 30minutes before the arranged pikup time. I was so impressed.

Not a good experience unfortunately. I chose these guys because they had good reviews but unfortunately I was let down quite badly during my move.
The team showed up massively late. I said I want to be be packed and gone by 12pm and they arrived at 4.15pm to start loading, they also didn't bring a trailer and left a few things behind at my old address

When he did arrive, he seemed rushed and irritable, mentioning he had another booking later in the day. This made the move feel hurried rather than handled with care. His attitude was not particularly friendly, which added unnecessary stress to an already busy day.
Overall, the service did not meet the standard we expected given the advance booking. Timeliness and professionalism are critical in this line of work, and unfortunately, both were lacking.
Perhaps this was a one time event. I trust everyone else will have better experiences

I asked for 3 helpers, 2 came and my brother had to do all the work with them.Kept complaining about my items, they couldn’t co-ordinate amongst each other how to handle the goods.My fridge has dents and scratches, my mattress looks like it was being pulled on the floor.
