My experience with Desmond and his team was excellent from start to finish. His communication was clear and professional throughout before making my booking, I asked him a few questions, and he responded promptly and thoroughly. Once everything was confirmed, he personally called to finalize the arrangements. Desmond arrived at my place at 07:50 for our 08:00 appointment, which shows his reliability and respect for time.

He was also kind enough to assist with a some extra items that weren’t originally on the list, which I really appreciated. Desmond and his team handled everything with great care and professionalism. They even came prepared with a special box for my TV and ensured everything was securely packed. Desmond and his colleague were on time, it was a tough delivery because it was a very heavy couch that had to be carried three floors down, and then one floor up. I was expecting 3 people, but Desmond and his colleague managed to do it with no problems. Would recommend their services.
