Should have come to the job with more packaging material to protect the furniture. Movement in and out of the units damaged the larger items.
Should have asked more questions about the site to be better prepared even if it cost more.

Moving is not easy I tell you but trust Bruno and his team to help you out.
In my situation we had to use a different exit from my former apartment and when we got to my new apartment the elevator wasn’t working!! BUT I feared not because even now having to take the stairs with my items, Bruno was still optimistic and delivered every item to my door step.

Didn't start well, as they got the day wrong, and thought the booking was for the following day. But after making contact, they apologised and arranged to arrive later that day. In spite of having to deal with finicky apartment rules, such as having to carry bricks down the stairs, and not being permitted to park in the complex, meaning that items had to be carried out to the street, they did an excellent job otherwise.
