And please allow me to respectful reply
I will start on communication..within 5mins of us getting notifications of you booking our services..we contacted you via WhatsApp and followed up with a WhatsApp call via which we agreed to pick up the couch @6pm as you were not home...before 6pm I gave you a call again cause the provided address was a street name ..6:04 we were by the lobby asking for the unit number
And by 6:15 the couch was loaded secured by a net ...we arrived at the drop off address and hour and 20mins later cause of heavy traffic between R300 inbound and Okavango outbound
And regarding the bed delivery we could not be of help cause the money that was being offered (350)couldnt cover operating cost ..fuel 150...driver and assistant 250
