Brian arrived 30 mins early with 6 assistants professionally dressed and extremely friendly and polite.
They were efficient and fast.

Other than gladly accepting my money, Brian's Transport was nowhere to be seen during my move. He failed to disclose that he contracts out and that is where everything fell apart.
