I wish I could give a higher rating as Peace was wonderful and professional. However, his drivers and movers were 4 and a half hours late, which cost us a great deal of time and money.
This was a big move and it was already stressful. Their lateness unfortunately made it a logistical nightmare.
We initially arranged to meet at 9am. On the day, he said between 9 and 10am - which is fine. At 8:40am, they said they'll be here before 12. At 9:30, they said before 11. Then, the driver told me he'd be here in 30 minutes - at 12pm. At 1:30 pm, we were still waiting. (Yes, they were four and a half hours late.) We finally unloaded everything at the house around 3:30pm, then we had a second load, so we finished around 5pm.
As a result - our food went off, as we took it out of the fridge and freezer expecting to be able to put it back in the fridge by 12pm. We had secured services of 3 people to help unpack our stuff, but their hours ended at 3pm so they could only assist us for an hour, which meant I had to pay them a whole extra day for their services.
Lastly, we had taken the day off to move and unpack. But because the team was so late, we had to take ANOTHER day off to unpack. This was frustrating.
The driver didnt seem to understand where to go and, as mentioned, estimated he'd arrive a whole hour before he did. No idea why he didnt use Google maps to find us or estimate better. He didnt know where the new place was, despite us giving Banolila the address in advance. So, his communication was sadly lacking.
As for execution - 10/10, they took good care of our items. Just wish they were more punctual.
Peace phoned to explain the situation and apologize, and I really appreciate that.
I wish I could recommend Banolila, but due to them being four hours late, they ended up costing me a great deal, in terms of the daily wages of the people who we booked to unpack for us, plus the food we had to replace, plus the extra day we had to take off work.
Moving is stressful. Punctuality is the very least a service provider should provide.
