we gave an accurate list of items and were told two trips might be necessary and agreed on the price, but on the day of were still charged extra. our table legs were broken.

I am not 💯 happy with the service
They:
* Damaged the wall while moving furniture
* They did not assemble everything at the new place as per quote

I feel for the high price we paid, we should have received better service.

they have almost zero protecting covers eg blankets and damaged two beds, as well as breaking a study table when re-assembling. they can improve and may then become a worthy service-provider

Efficient and reliable!

Only positive thing I can say is they were punctual. Confirmed 2x with Elias if truck was going to be big enough as I DO NOT want to do 2 loads. He insisted his trucks are big enough. Had to do 2 loads then he has the audacity to up his quote by R1400. The driver is rude , they pushed my furniture instead of using a trolley which they had. Threw everything on top of another in the garage. My son and I had to use our own vehicles to carry stuff!!

Extremely disappointed with A2B removals

I contracted A2B Removals to assist with my move and made it clear to them to handle my fridge with extra care because it’s a new and expensive appliance. Unfortunately, during transit, the fridge got a visible dent on the door.

Their staff even signed an admission of guilt, confirming that the damage occurred while the fridge was in their care. However, after initially acknowledging the issue, A2B Removals has stopped taking my calls and ignored all my WhatsApp messages.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility and fix the problem shows poor customer service and integrity.

I would strongly caution anyone considering A2B Removals to think twice - if something goes wrong, they will likely disappear instead of resolving the issue.

Awesome service, managed to move all of our belongings on time and with care.

Very punctual and the delivery went well. The staff was good and helpful. An improvement will be to make use of trolleys for boxes to speed up movement times from home to truck (vice versa) and to reduce the manual handling with persons carrying boxes from point to point.

I was beyond impressed with the A2B team. One of the things I really appreciated, was their willingness to be flexible. They initially wanted to come at 8am but I requested for 7am (because I wanted things to be done early) and they arrived at 6:50am. They also did a great job of taking care of the goods which were going to my mom’s place. Because of them, my mom is beyond happy, so thank you to the team and God bless.

Easiest move ever! They were early, very efficient and so friendly. If I ever need to move again, I will definitely use this company again.
