Extremely disappointed with A2B removals
I contracted A2B Removals to assist with my move and made it clear to them to handle my fridge with extra care because it’s a new and expensive appliance. Unfortunately, during transit, the fridge got a visible dent on the door.
Their staff even signed an admission of guilt, confirming that the damage occurred while the fridge was in their care. However, after initially acknowledging the issue, A2B Removals has stopped taking my calls and ignored all my WhatsApp messages.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility and fix the problem shows poor customer service and integrity.
I would strongly caution anyone considering A2B Removals to think twice - if something goes wrong, they will likely disappear instead of resolving the issue.
