AVOID VUYANI WITH ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. Lack of care to my property! Damaged a lot of my items and refusing to claim insurance. Disgusting level of respect in communications, they don't want to do moves at 08h00 because they dont like traffic, and they still managed to show up 30mins late! They brought a trailer and decided it remove it because they could fit all my belongings on a truck which sustained damage in the process. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Firstly, I would like to thank you, Hendri, for choosing us for your move. It is unfortunate that you feel the need to leave this review. I want to address the points you’ve raised to clarify the situation for anyone reading this.
From the beginning, I believe it's important to state that your review contains several inaccuracies and misrepresentations. While I’m not sure of your motives, I feel it is necessary to set the record straight to protect our reputation, which we have built on providing excellent service.
Booking and Deposit: On August 1st, we sent you a quote that clearly stated our requirement for a 50% deposit to secure the move. On August 2nd, you contacted me via WhatsApp, expressing that you were not willing to pay the deposit. I informed you that this was non-negotiable as it is part of our standard terms and conditions. You were free to explore other companies if these terms didn’t suit you. After reviewing our references, which I provided, you eventually decided to proceed.
Confirmation and Scheduling: On August 5th, you agreed to proceed with the move and accepted our terms, including the deposit. The move was scheduled for Friday, August 9th, at 10:00 AM, which we both agreed upon. Despite weather challenges, my team left early to ensure they would arrive on time, reaching your location at 10:14 AM, not 30 minutes late as claimed.
Loading and Equipment: The load was estimated to fit comfortably in our H-100 vehicle. Due to the weather, I also dispatched a trailer as a precaution, though it ended up not being necessary. We completed the loading at 1:44 PM after carefully wrapping and dismantling items as needed. We then proceeded to Robertson, finishing the job at 5:25 PM.
Post-Move Communication: Upon completing the job, my team reported that everything went well, and you were satisfied with their work. However, on August 11th, you contacted me, stating that one of your screens was damaged during the move and requested insurance details. The inventory provided by you did not include any screens, only a TV. When I asked for clarification, you mentioned that the screen was inside a crate and was wet and cracked. This confused me as no trailer was used, and the screen was not listed in your original inventory.
Further Complaints: You also claimed that your couch was damaged, despite having provided a video showing pre-existing scratches. My team confirmed that the couch was wrapped as requested. Additionally, you alleged that our team overpacked the truck and mishandled your items, which I strongly deny based on the evidence and reports from my team.
I also want to address the point where you mentioned that the website did not provide an option to list monitors, which contributed to the situation. If there were additional items that needed special care, it was your responsibility to ensure they were listed and communicated clearly.
In conclusion, I believe that your review is unfair and does not accurately reflect the service we provided. We take great pride in our work and strive to maintain the highest standards. Potential clients, we encourage you to judge for yourselves, and fellow movers, please be cautious if you encounter a request from Mr. Hendri.
