This company was brilliant! I communicated with Andy and Neo and they were exceptional. They kept me updated, they were efficient and took care of my belongings. Will definitely be using them again.

The communication between manager and client is satisfactory. Driver did not arrived on the time agreed upon. The furniture was not wrapped properly as agreed upon and the team was aware that the move is going to Limpopo and after querying a few times where the tarps are to cover the furniture the owner was informed that it will get covered at the warehouse but on arrival it was not covered and it was supposed to rain. The driver was professional but the helper was as drunk as a lord. This. Company may be helpful in short trips but not recommend for long trips.

Some items needed to be handled with care since they were white and the guys had dirty hands and they needed extra pair of hands. Assembling and disassembling of the bed bases were complicated for them since they didn’t have correct tools.

Was late, damaged table and chair, agreed on 2 loads but refused. Bad experience

The lack of communication and punctuality made this whole experience so frustrating. They came 4 hours after our agreed upon time.

Team did a good job, however, I explained that the truck wasn't allowed on the property as space did not allow for it, but they forced and damaged the property when trying to reverse the truck out.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Sinomy Transportation and Logistics. They collected, transported, and delivered my dining room table with such care and professionalism. Communication was spot on throughout the entire process, and the table arrived perfectly wrapped and in excellent condition. They where 2 hours late for pick up and more than 12 hours late for delivery.

The two movers who assisted with my relocation were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They handled the process with care and a positive attitude. However, there were a few challenges that affected the overall experience. The moving truck provided was not large enough to accommodate all the furniture and plants, despite clear photos being shared in advance — which resulted in two trips being necessary. Additionally, while the move was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the team only arrived at 11:30 AM.

Reliable movers! Will definitely make use of their services again.

I would not recommend this company. They arrived almost three hours late without any prior notice, which was incredibly frustrating. The entire experience was disorganized, and unfortunately, they also broke a few of my belongings during the move. Overall, very disappointing service — I suggest looking elsewhere.
