My car was damaged in the process. I contacted the service provider with pictures and a picture of the inspection sheet showing that the damages were not there when my vehicle was connected. His response was that he is going to talk to the driver and get back to me. Its been 2 weeks now, still no word from him or his drivers.

They took good care of my car and it was very convenient that the service is door to door, also - I had my car three days after they picked it up. Just be aware that pickup day can change so you should be flexible in this regard.
