I just want to say thank you for the perfect service I received from Rock Steady Services. They are the best. They were quick to respond to my request of sending a car to Chavani, in Limpopo. Communication was always good. The loaded the car safely from collection to delivery to it destination. The whole team was amazing, Petrus, Pierre and the drivers. You guys are the best. I submitted a request for my vehicle to arrive in Joburg on a specific date. Not only was I not informed that the truck had left Cape Town late, but I had to call the driver to find when it will be dropped off (on the agreed day) just for him to tell me that they hadn't even left Cape Town yet. I wasn't offered compensation, just a sorry that they didn't let me know. I should've gone with a cheaper service if I knew they weren't going to respect the agreed upon time frame.
