They fetched my car 2 days later than indicated, resulting in the car being delivered 2 days late. As a result, I had to make many alternative plans. However, they do always communicate what’s going on. They were also flexible when I asked them to come after-office hours to fetch the car as well as drop the car off later than they intended. If they weren’t late in pick-up, it was also a relatively speedy delivery (2-3 days from gauteng to the western cape).

Despite the rain all day, Charles and his team made sure that my stuff stayed as dry as possible (I had an open truck). Nothing was water damaged thanks to the time they took to carefully cover everything. Also moved all my heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs! Such legends.
The rain delayed the pick up a bit and a WhatsApp message would’ve eased my anxiety but Petrus was very easy to get ahold of and kept me updated from then on!

Was told Full rate to the agreed adress on the West Coast. Then was Only delivered to a Shady Area in Cape Town where i was first given the wrong adress. 30 min drive later found the correct adress. So much for “ Express Delivery” 4 Days later. No Call or Apologies. 2 Broken down vehicles on route and was told “ Sh*t Happens. Feel robbed to say the least.

Our aim is always to adhere strictly to our scheduled times, unfortunately, two seperate breakdowns delayd us. I assure you this is not the norm. I called you straight away. When I said Life happens we have to do the best we can, I offered you three alternatives. One was to refund you all your money, As you know, there were no other trucks available to deliver your car sooner . We did deliver the car within 3 days as promised on the alternative plan. We went out of our way and made a plan to assist you as best we can. We did not just walk away. On the care of goods score, I believe that your car was delivered in fantastic condition and would like to ask you to reconsider your score of 6 when the car was delivered without a scratch. On the score of 2 on communication we were in contact all the time and you were updated of the progress all the time.
We are implementing new strategies to improve service delivery and to prevent this kind of delay in the future. We hope to have another chance to serve you with our improved standards. - Kind Regards, Petrus
