Delay in bringing the vehicle has caused some unplanned for financial burden, but the professionalism is highly rated. Maybe some proactive communication can be enhanced, as opposed to me following up.

They fetched my car 2 days later than indicated, resulting in the car being delivered 2 days late. As a result, I had to make many alternative plans. However, they do always communicate what’s going on. They were also flexible when I asked them to come after-office hours to fetch the car as well as drop the car off later than they intended. If they weren’t late in pick-up, it was also a relatively speedy delivery (2-3 days from gauteng to the western cape).
