I submitted a request for my vehicle to arrive in Joburg on a specific date. Not only was I not informed that the truck had left Cape Town late, but I had to call the driver to find when it will be dropped off (on the agreed day) just for him to tell me that they hadn't even left Cape Town yet. I wasn't offered compensation, just a sorry that they didn't let me know. I should've gone with a cheaper service if I knew they weren't going to respect the agreed upon time frame.
