The guys were very polite and helpful however the move did not go smoothly. Firstly the 4-ton truck they insisted was the correct size, was way too small so they ended up squashing my items in and damaging an expensive plant, glass tray that was packed in a separate package but was not handled properly, and an expensive glass air diffuser. Furthermore, they only came with 3 guys resulting in me and my friends having to carry things to the truck. They ended up rushing the drop off so goods were dumped in rooms they did not belong, so that they could finish by 3pm. The manager on the job begged me not to report my concerns to his boss, stating he would get into trouble; hence he ended up paying for the plant ou of his own pocket but refused to cover the other items saying I can't prove it was damaged by them. I had to insist on bubble wrapping fragile items like mirrors and pictures, instead of them using cling wrap which they kept wanting to use. Not happy with the service unfortunately. The move was extremely stressful on the whole.

The move was completed with the crew size requested on the booking, and we also assisted with some wrapping as an added courtesy on the day. We did replace the damaged plant immediately and have been in communication with Wise Move regarding the other items you mentioned.
