I am deeply disappointed with the service we received. I had communicated quite clearly with the movers and requested a covered vehicle. Besides arriving 1.5 hours late and only calling me at the agreed arrival time to let me know they were running late, they arrived in a construction lorry rather than a moving vehicle. They had no moving blankets and had to send someone to get them. They are clearly not experienced movers, as we were led to believe, and damaged my fridge (dented the door). I pointed it out to them, and they just flat-out denied it. The only time there was clear communication was when they wanted their money at the end of the move. A really distressing move, and I would like to warn potential clients not to believe the glowing reviews left on their profile.

The move was quoted and completed using an open truck, which was communicated at the time of booking. The team has advised that they arrived slightly later than planned due to delays earlier in the day, although we understand that any delay can be frustrating and should have been communicated more clearly.
The team has also confirmed that protective materials were available for the move. Regarding the fridge, we will look into the matter further and review the details of what may have happened.
