Gauteng Delivery

Most stressful move, absolute nightmare!
Relocated from Alberton to Port Edward. I advised the new location had lots of stairs and a very steep driveway.
On moving day the truck was too small, so this resulted in them having to do 2 trips. This should have set off alarm bells immediately.
In my quote I also requested 4 guys to assist with my move. I also wrongly assumed that the R200 000 insurance would cover any damage to my furniture, but NO, its only for theft or if they are in an accident.
When we arrived and they saw the difficulty of the driveway and stairs they asked me to get some random guys on the street to help with the move because they did not send 4 guys as requested..... also what removal company does not have a dolly, was asked if we perhaps had a wheelbarrow.....

I had to arrange for my brother to be in Alberton for the second load and once again the truck was too small. They said they would be half an hour to get a bigger truck, needless to say my brother spent his entire Saturday waiting for the bigger truck to arrive after numerous calls and follow ups...

The second load finally arrived in Port Edward and they off loaded the furniture in the driveway then advised that they were going to get tools to dismantle a table, again how does a real company not have tools and did a vanishing act.....
When I called to find out what the story is they told me to find someone to move the furniture and they would pay them.

My fridge is completely ruined with big gashes in the sides and scratches on the doors. My coffee table, side board, tv unit and dining table have gashes and chips. Glass in coffee table is just missing.. and another TV unit absolutely ruined.

I went with this company due to there outstanding reviews. This was the most disorganized, unbelievable and laughable service I have ever received. A move that should have taken 2 days ended up being 6 days of absolute hell.

We needed a move to happen on short notice, and they assisted with the most affordable option (literally half of what we had initially been quoted before 25 Dec) and then even lowered the quote some more. It ended up being such a great experience and gave us complete peace of mind while traveling 1000kms to our next home. Awesome work! Keep it up :D

Very happy, moved my cycads from Joburg to Cape Town. Communicated the whole way down. They went the extra mile as these pots were super heavy!

Very quick and efficient!
I needed a last minute move and they were able to pick up within 2 day’s notice.
My belongings were collected on a Friday from Johannesburg and dropped off on the following Monday in Cape Town.
I was kept informed of the location of my belongings throughout the trip for peace of mind.

These guys work hard. Was not an easy move, and they handled it well.

We moved two days ago and the two gents who helped us were fantastic. Even though it was just the two of them, they moved all our stuff with no issues and did multiple trips with no additional hassle. They worked straight through until after 6 PM and stayed friendly and helpful the whole time.

Dining table got scratched, however this was done by an extra hand which is not part of their team. In overall, the service was great except for being late and not arriving by the given time

Not a great experience. They ended up having to do 3 loads and forgetting a whole lot of my items and they were delivered days later and they were not particularly apologetic about it.
