My fridge had a couple of dents even after bubbling wrapping it. The guys didn’t take extreme care with my furniture. :(

This was something my wife and I dreaded until Diamond Movers arrived. We organized them for 08:00 they got to our place 30min earlier, and immediately took control! They saw we will need to do more than 1 trip, seeing that it was close it was not a problem. The team took care of all our items, made sure they are all packed safely, gently wrapped all our table and special items. They are fast and effective!! The team made sure they understood exactly what we needed to pack in. And were more than helpfull with moving the items into the correct place when off loading. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a trustworthy team to make the move easier. Thank you to everyone involved. Great service.

1. Truck was too small, had to pay for extra load, even though I put up photos of all the contents that need to be moved.

2. Staff, had no regard of handling our contents with care, some stuff was just thrown, and broken, poor handling of our contents.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.

For your move, a 4-ton truck with four assistants and an on-site supervisor was allocated based on the inventory and photos provided at the time of quoting. Once loading commenced, it became clear that the actual volume exceeded the quoted estimate. This was communicated before continuing, and approval was obtained for a second load to ensure all items were transported safely.

To minimise the impact of this adjustment, we applied a 40% discount on the additional cost, resulting in a total price that was still lower than the original rate for an 8-ton truck.

Regarding handling and breakages, our records show that no damage or concerns were reported on the day of the move, and the job was signed off on site in the presence of the supervisor. That said, we take any claims of damage very seriously. Should there be any items that were affected, we kindly ask that you share photos with our support team via our WhatsApp number, so we can investigate and assist accordingly.

I recently used Diamond Movers for my relocation and couldn’t be happier. We had excellent communication, they were accommodating with arrival time, and everything arrived in tact. The team handled my items with great care, and the move was completed efficiently. Theresa was incredibly understanding and ensured everything was done to my convenience and satisfaction. The gents had friendly banter among themselves and got the job done pretty quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable moving experience.

The response on the Wise Move platform was also SO quick. I thought it was a bot but there was a genuine instant response from a human being.

This was such a stressful event completed with much less stress than it should have. Top notch team! Highly recommend and will be recommending to others in future.

Communication before the move was good and punctuality was good. It is the aftercare service that I had an issue with. I highlighted an issue with damages incurred during the move. It was only addressed upon escalation. That was disappointing.

There were 3 gentlemen assigned to our move. One of them was rough with our goods and was rushing the other two to be fast. This is where on of our goods might possibly have been damaged.

Overall the truck was big enough. The resources were sufficient and the knowledge to move the goods out of an apartment with stairs was good.

Carrier double booked themselves and was therefore 3 hours late when it came to collecting my goods.

Some of my items got damaged as well, namely my coffee table, fridge and TV stand.

Overall, they were very helpful, I just wasn’t particularly happy with how some of the goods were handled and their lack of punctuality. To be fair, it was month end but my issue is that they should have never double booked.
