Carrier double booked themselves and was therefore 3 hours late when it came to collecting my goods.
Some of my items got damaged as well, namely my coffee table, fridge and TV stand.
Overall, they were very helpful, I just wasnβt particularly happy with how some of the goods were handled and their lack of punctuality. To be fair, it was month end but my issue is that they should have never double booked.

The delay came from our first client who had not processed enough paperwork and the truck detained still loading.
