1. Truck was too small, had to pay for extra load, even though I put up photos of all the contents that need to be moved.
2. Staff, had no regard of handling our contents with care, some stuff was just thrown, and broken, poor handling of our contents.

For your move, a 4-ton truck with four assistants and an on-site supervisor was allocated based on the inventory and photos provided at the time of quoting. Once loading commenced, it became clear that the actual volume exceeded the quoted estimate. This was communicated before continuing, and approval was obtained for a second load to ensure all items were transported safely.
To minimise the impact of this adjustment, we applied a 40% discount on the additional cost, resulting in a total price that was still lower than the original rate for an 8-ton truck.
Regarding handling and breakages, our records show that no damage or concerns were reported on the day of the move, and the job was signed off on site in the presence of the supervisor. That said, we take any claims of damage very seriously. Should there be any items that were affected, we kindly ask that you share photos with our support team via our WhatsApp number, so we can investigate and assist accordingly.
