We had a great experience with Christo and we moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse to a 2 bedroom appartment on the 4 th floor. (3km away) Big truck was used so all was moved in one go. We had some doubts on the bigger cupboards but they carried all. Covered everything in blankets. Nothing was damaged or broken. They arrived 5-10min early with 4 guys and we were finished offloading around 14h30. Went so fast. Assisted with putting things together and made sure it was put on the place we wanted it. Definately a guy to go to. Big thumb up and thank you

CC Transport's quote was slightly higher than the rest but 100% worth the extra couple of R100's. Big bonus for me was the very reasonable rate of storage they provide.

Christo confirmed, arrived on time, supervised the crew and took good care of my belongings, even remembered a mattress protector.

Christo and his team were excellent. They were very efficient and managed our very steep, narrow stairs expertly. I also appreciated the extra help with disconnecting and reconnecting the dishwasher and washing machine.

Christo assigned 1 day to pack and 1 day to move. They only packed half the stuff on day 1 so when it came to moving day they first had to spend 3 hours packing the rest of the house. As a result we only arrived at our new house at 5pm and then still had to unpack. By 9pm we said the movers must leave and we will unpack the rest of the boxes

They also broke a few items but nothing major and with a house of this size it is to be expected

Christo DID offer to come back 2 days later and finish unpacking but we declined because we wanted to get it finished ourselves

All of this could have been avoided because I did warn them that this was a BIG house. I think they underestimated the amount of packing

Christo and his team were a godsend for me. I hadn't the time to finish packing, nor the knowhow to move my safe, but they handled both of those issues flexibly, professionally & reliably without me having to stress about it. All my goods were packed with care, and all is accounted for so far (then again, i haven't many valuables).

Very professional service. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening, and the gents that works for Oom Christo is trust worthy, super helpful, goes the extra mile (Asked for and secured the transport bolts in our front loader, loading some extras that we didn't specify on the initial quote, reinstalled the Bed feet and moved them as the Wife wanted etc). I would whole heartedly recommend and use again!
