3 seater couch, L shape Couch

We are looking for someone that can help us with our moving.

I have 2 couches that I have to move:
-One is from a 1st floor apartment in sea point to a basement apartment in Devils Peak.

-The other one from the Devil’s Peak apartment to storage in CBD.

The first couch is quite large and apparently it can only come out the window. Photo with measurements attached.

The second couch is not too large and it fits in the lift at the storage facility.
