My car was damaged in transit. The contact person no claims my car was in an accident before but two independent parties inspected the vehicle is question and found that no evidence suggest Mariska's claims.
The damage was caused on the vehicle's undercarriage and the scuff marks are fresh and new.
I personally inspected the vehicle at the dealership and the current damage was not present.
I will unfortunately not use your services again (I have three more vehicles that need to be transported)

Hi Petre,
I honestly feel that your review is uncalled for for the following reasons:
1.Your vehicle was collected at a secondhand dealership and you asked me to send you photos of the car when my driver collects the car. My driver listed all existing marks on the car on the check sheet, which I then sent to you. The dealership should have provided you with a damage report/description of the condition of the car and the exisiting damage at the undercarriage of your vehicle.
2. The delivery address for your car in JHB was at a mechanic. He signed off on receival of the car and put it on a lift and noticed the damage on the undercarriage.
3. You notified me and provided me with photos via Whatsapp. On viewing the photos I (and anyone else) could see that it was pre exisitng damage. The car was clearly in an accident and sprayed over.Someone tried to fix parts underneath with body putty/fillers then painted over it. IF this damage was caused by the car carrier there would be new marks/scratches over that putty/filler.There was also 2 zip ties holding the car apron and damaged part (spare wheel holder) together. All this can clearly be seen on the photos. 4. You also mentioned that you will not use my services again due to this damage apparently caused by my company, to be honest i will also not be recommending car carriers to assist with transporting your vehicles if you believe a dealership selling you a vehicle with zip ties holding stuff together and blaming the car carrier company.
